Ordering & Products

What printing method do you use?

We use premium Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing with OEKO-TEX certified, water-based inks. This method produces vibrant, photo-quality prints that are soft to the touch and fade-resistant through 50+ washes.

What brands do you print on?

We primarily use Bella+Canvas — one of the most sustainable and popular blank garment brands. They’re CPSIA compliant, OEKO-TEX certified, and made with ring-spun cotton for a premium feel.

How do I choose the right size?

Check our size guide on each product page. Our blanks generally run true to size. If you prefer a more relaxed or oversized fit, we recommend sizing up. When in doubt, email us and we’ll help!

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. US domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders vary — typically 7–21 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free tracked shipping is included on all orders over $49. Orders under $49 ship for a flat rate of $4.99 (US) or $9.99 (International).

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unworn, unwashed items. If there’s a print defect or quality issue, we’ll replace it immediately — no need to return the item, just send us a photo.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We’re so sorry! Email us at hello@pnidesign.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll get a replacement shipped to you right away at no charge.
